WORKSHOPS ($25+)

Each 90 minute workshop begins with land acknowledgements and a meditation exercise. The seminars include evidence-based information as well as activities designed to ground each person in where they are currently, and there they should move next on their fertility or perinatal journey. Every workshop finishes with Q&A and reflections.
